Sustaining Membership Campaign
The Sustaining Membership Campaign helps FCAA raise the necessary private dollars needed to help sustain the organization. The dollars raised during this campaign will also enable FCAA to continue to provide the dynamic programs that have produced positive results for its participants. A successful campaign will facilitate the development of new programs and services that will forever change lives in this community.

Annual Black Achievers of Excellence Awards Program
FCAA’s Annual Black Achievers of Excellence Program, in conjunction with over 100 public and private companies, has recognized more than 600 outstanding Black professionals since the program’s inception in 1984. These honorees serve as excellent role models for our youth. The program has become one of the most innovative and successful endeavors that inspires and motivates youths to succeed. Many of these young people return to the community to share their success with the next generation. The program helps Black youth develop a positive sense of self and sets high education and career goals.

Communities of Faith-Keepers Golf Tournament
This annual fundraising event benefits FCAA’s youth development, family services and sports programs in South Florida. Each year local churches, faith-based organizations, corporations and individuals support this event. Past major sponsors include Toshiba Business Solutions of Florida, AvMed Health Plans, JetStream Federal Credit Union, Brown & Brown Insurance, ILA Local 1416, Sharpton, Brunson and Co., Island of the Bahamas and many others.
Golfers enjoy 18 holes of golf while contributing to the organization’s fundraising efforts. First, Second, Third and Fourth place team awards and individual awards are presented during the tournament luncheon. Special recognition is also given to the major tournament sponsors and supporters during the luncheon.
